As a member of the DICE team, you will take a proactive role in the promotion and
support of the university’s virtual learning environment and other learning
technologies. This will include working
closely with academic departments and demonstrating a high level of customer
service to ensure that staff and student queries are resolved swiftly and
efficiently.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:

good knowledge of technology-enhanced learning

The ability to use e-Learning software.
· Excellent
communication and customer service skills
· The
ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

understanding of the importance of the student experience
