An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and enthusiastic e-learning Apprentice at UCB.
Working within the busy Technology Team, you will provide first line support to staff and students by responding to incoming e-learning queries and will also be able to assist in e-learning projects across the University.
Alongside gaining valuable work experience, you will be supported to achieve a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive and hardworking approach, and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively as part of a dedicated team. An interest in emerging technologies is essential.

Contract: Fixed term apprenticeship (15 months)
Apprenticeship details: The successful candidate will be supported to achieve a L2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship.
