An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and enthusiastic e-Learning Apprentice at UCB. 

Working within the busy Technology Team, you will provide first line support to staff and students by responding to incoming e-Learning queries and will also be able to assist in e-Learning projects across the University.

Alongside gaining valuable work experience, you will be supported to achieve a Level 3 Digital Support Technician apprenticeship (via the Digital Applications Technician option).

The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive and hardworking approach, and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively as part of a dedicated team. An interest in emerging technologies is essential. 

Benefits for Apprentices include 38 daysí paid leave per year and excellent professional development opportunities. 

Contract: Fixed term (20 months) 

Apprenticeship details: The successful candidate will be supported to achieve a Level 3 Digital Support Technician apprenticeship.
