UCB seek to recruit an organised and customer-focused individual to join our Marketing and Admissions team, supporting with a broad range of administrative tasks, in addition to gaining valuable experience of a busy and dynamic further and higher education environment, whilst working towards a relevant professional qualification.

The Marketing and Admissions Administrator (In-Training) will undertake duties to include: greeting visitors and dealing with enquiries; database administration; assisting with open days and external events; booking transport and accommodating arrangements; monitoring and replenishing stock of promotional materials; stationery ordering; and general office administration.

The successful candidate will have relevant previous experience in an administrative role (whether full or part-time, or on a voluntary/work experience basis) leading to strong organisational skills, a professional demeanour, proven work ethic and the ability to work well both independently and within a team.

Your application will be supported by Maths and English qualifications at minimum level 2 (equivalent to GCSE grade C, or functional skills), alongside a level 3 qualification such as A-levels, BTEC, NVQ or an advanced apprenticeship.  

Flexibility in relation to the role is required, as this post may occasionally involve evening and weekend work. The post-holder will work collaboratively across the service.
