UCB are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and proactive hospitality professional to join the College of Food.  With industry leading facilities, a commitment to staff development and a well-deserved reputation for excellence, you will join an exciting, dynamic and supportive team.

The successful candidate will be committed to providing a high quality service to our students and will recognise the importance of maximising satisfaction through an engaging teaching and learning approach that brings both realism and energy to the student experience. You will also recognise the value of pastoral and academic support in maximising student achievement.

Applicants should have a wide range of operational experience and specifically an expertise in at least two of the following areas:


•    Strategic Management

•    Financial Management

•    Human Resources Management

•    Research

There is also the opportunity to teach across a range of operational hospitality modules based on the successful candidate’s experience and skill set.  Applicants should hold a relevant undergraduate degree qualification or similar.
