The Birmingham College of Food, is currently
looking for a highly skilled lecturer in Culinary Arts Management. In this
role, you will use your advanced knowledge and our state-of-the-art facilities
to inspire the next generation of industry leaders. You will also work with
within our team to continuously improve the student experience and advance the
culinary provision within the school.
Essential requirements for this role include:

Experience in a management / leadership
/entrepreneur role within a hospitality or culinary focused business OR an experienced lecturer in a
relevant subject area.

Exceptional
communication and organisational skills.
·
An
Undergraduate Degree in a relevant subject area
·
A
Masters level qualification or willingness to obtain.
This would be a highly creative role in which you
would contribute to the development of the provision with a particular focus on
the contemporary issues facing the sector and practical skills development. The role would mainly be teaching and supporting students at level 7. However, some undergraduate teaching and pastoral care may be required.
