The Birmingham College of Food, is
currently looking for a skilled lecturer in confectionary and patisserie. Our
confectionary production areas have selmi chocolate tempering tanks and
chocolate spray booths and the 4th floor suites have quality
assurance and chemistry and microbiology laboratories. These fantastic
facilities make for impressionable learning opportunities for our HE learners.
Essential requirements for this
role include: - Experience
of teaching or training students or employees within a professional setting
- Exceptional
Patisserie or Confectionary skills
- An
ability to manage and motivate students or employees
- High
levels of organisational and administrative skills
