UCB are looking to recruit an experienced IT professional to work as part of a team providing prompt and customer-focussed support to staff and students on a wide range of IT issues across the University.

The successful candidate will possess appropriate experience of working with a range of software applications as well as maintenance, configuration and troubleshooting of different devices, including PCs, printers and mobiles. You will be organised and responsive to the needs of service users, with excellent communication skills and a demonstrated team work ethic.

A flexible approach to work is also required as you may occasionally be required to work evenings and/or weekends in order to support the needs of the service.

Closing date: Friday 6 April 2018 at noon

First stage interview date: Tuesday 24 April 2018

Final stage interview date: TBC
