UCB are currently seeking to appoint a highly
organised and motivated Head of Catering Operations Manager, to oversee
operations within designated student led catering areas, commercial food
outlets, the food packing room and to coordinate hospitality and external event
requirements across campus.
With 5 commercial food
outlets on campus and 18 student skills training kitchens and bakeries within
our highly regarded College of Food department, you will manage the catering
support team to ensure that designated areas are fully operational, providing
outstanding customer service to all clients, cleaned to exceptional standards,
ready for use and compliant to health & safety requirements.

ability to work independently. You will have excellent communication and
organisation skills, the ability to work with a diverse range of staff,
