The
opportunity to join us as an Executive Assistant to the Executive Management
Team has arisen. The successful applicant is not required to have traditional
PA or secretarial experience, the University would welcome candidates with administrative
experience from a range of settings.
In
this varied and integral role you will be responsible for providing a
high-level of support to the Executive Management Team (EMT) including being
the first point of contact for EMT members, the co-ordination of meeting
agendas, diary management and dealing discreetly with
matters and communications of a confidential nature. You will become familiar
with the strategic issues concerning the University and keep up-to-date with
current policy and initiatives affecting the University.
To be successful, your essential skills will centre around IT
literacy: fully versed in Office 365 and MS Teams; strong digital and
presentation preparation and your communication skills, both spoken and written,
will be excellent.
