UCB are looking to recruit a skilled and suitably experienced professional to provide a high quality and customer-focused security and maintenance service across all UCB sites.

In addition to the required experience, the successful candidate will possess excellent customer care skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels, and a strong team working ethic. You will be proficient in IT and able to utilise email and electronic logging systems for the purpose of incident reporting.

Duties are wide-ranging, to include some general maintenance and cleaning responsibilities. The clear focus of this role is to ensure an outstanding experience for all users and visitors to UCB, safeguarding health and well-being at all times.

The successful candidate will be positive about their own development, and committed to achieving and maintaining first aid accreditation.

A flexible approach to work is required, as the post-holder will work a variety of shifts on a 24/7 basis.
