University College Birmingham is looking to recruit an Apprenticeship Administrator (Compliance) to work within our Central Apprenticeship Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with proven administration experience and sound knowledge of apprenticeship compliance and quality assurance processes, whereby you will support apprenticeships in light of recent reform and the apprenticeship levy.

The Apprenticeship Administrator (Compliance) will join a small team focused upon reviewing, monitoring and reporting in all areas of the education and skills funding agency requirements. The role will include using a range of internal and external systems to create the final Individual Learning Record (ILR) upload to the funding agency on a monthly basis. You will also liaise closely with the Universityís Schools and departments to ensure that starts, in-learning changes and completions are planned and managed effectively to meet contract values.

An awareness of ongoing changes to compliance systems and processes is essential, as is a willingness to keep abreast of future developments.

This is a full-time, permanent position and the post-holder must be prepared to offer flexibility in line with the needs of the service.
