UCB are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, hard-working and committed to self and professional development to join our Personnel team in the role of an Advanced Apprentice.

Personnel at UCB provide an effective and confidential centralised HR service whereby our responsibilities cover: employee relations; recruitment and selection; training and development; absence management and employee wellbeing; payroll and pensions; probation, appraisal and induction.

This is a varied and interesting role, in which the successful candidate will be exposed to a wide range of HR activities. You will also be supported to work towards advanced Business Administration apprenticeship, for which you will undertake regular study leading to an equivalent level 3 qualification.

In order to be successful in your application, you will have experience of working in a customer service environment, supported by confident IT skills, well-developed organisation, time management and communication skills and high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

A flexible approach to work is essential, in order to meet the needs of the service.

Closing date: Friday 14 December 2018 at noon

First stage interview date: Wednesday 9 January 2019

Final stage interview date: TBC (January 2019)
