We are looking for two committed
accommodation officers to contribute to the smooth running of UCB’s student
accommodation. You will have a varied set of responsibilities, including acting
as a receptionist for the Maltings accommodation, dealing with student and
staff queries, and maintaining a positive experience for students and visitors.
You will also play a key role in keeping the site safe, including administering
emergency first aid, ensuring maintenance requirements are logged, and adhering
to health and safety policies.
Over the summer of 2022, you will
also have the opportunity to contribute to the smooth running UCB’s hosting of
Commonwealth Games participants at the Maltings.
The accommodation team at the Maltings cover
hours between 7am and 7pm Monday-Friday, plus Saturday between 9am and 5pm. We
are looking for staff members who are willing to work flexibly within these
